5.2 Bonus Abuse
Using the bonus system improperly — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or placing opposing bets in a calculated way to minimise losses — is strictly prohibited. In such cases the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
5.3 VIP Cashback
pbc88 VIP members receive weekly cashback across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond on weekly net losses. Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Betting Rules
All bets or games are considered final once a confirmation message is received. If a bet is not recorded due to a technical fault, pbc88 will not be liable for that bet, but will attempt to resolve the matter based on verified logs.
6.1 Sports Betting
For bets on cricket, football and other sports, if a match is cancelled or postponed the bet is generally treated as void and the stake is returned. However, if the match resumes within the scheduled period, the bet stands.
6.2 Live Casino and Slots
Once a bet on a live casino table is confirmed it cannot be changed. A spin in a slot game cannot be stopped before it completes. If there is evidence of a technical fault affecting the outcome of a game, pbc88 will investigate and make a decision.
6.3 Maximum Payout
A maximum payout limit may apply to a single bet and will vary by game or event. This limit can be found on the relevant game page or by contacting the support team.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a safe and fair environment at pbc88:
- Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of someone else.
